Our customer segment describes the portion of the market our business targets. Do our products or services focus on people with a certain gender, age, or interest? We always clear about who is our most important customers are. Channels are any means by which our customers come into contact with us, they might find our online store in a Google search or learn about us from a Facebook ad.
