At Evotec Limited our Shareholders owns shares in a company’s stock. They can hold as little as one share and are subject to capital gain (or losses) and/or dividend payments as residual claimants on a film’s profit. Our Shareholders have the right to exercise a vote and to affect the management of the company, but they are not liable for the company’s debts.
