Our Internet Data Centers (IDCs) are modeled after Telco-grade facilities of Tier 1 service providers. Our IDCs have all of the security features and amenities one would find in a large service provider. Our Network Operations Center (NOC) is maintained 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year by our system engineers. Our NOC personnel monitor all systems, handles with e-mail and network abuse complaints, and provides telephone assistance to dedicated server and co-location clients.
